Becky and the kids came to see them off. We took pictures then Larry, Joe and Michael rode out on their motorcycles, headed for the Blue Ridge Parkway, at 7 a.m. this Friday morning, June 10, 2005.

Mom fixed stir-fry for lunch. We surprised Sharron with a birthday cake and ice cream. Her birthday is next Sunday but she was out here fixing Mom's metal tables, which are rusting, so Mom and I decided to surprise her.

Larry mowed our lawn today. He mowed Mom's yesterday. Hopefully they won't look too awful before he gets back in two weeks. He is anxious and excited. I am going to miss that guy so much.

Larry leaves with Joe and Michael for the Blue Ridge Parkway tomorrow. They will leave in the morning...sigh...I will miss him.

By the way on June 28, 2003 I wrote about coloring my hair brown. My hair was black before it turned gray. Now it is gray and black. I never colored it again. I didn't like it.

Today I wrote that Larry is leaving on June 10, 2005. Lordy gracious! I will miss that man!
