Mom's surgery went great on the 29. Marl Anne, Larry, Sharron, Stephen and I ate breakfast, took a walk and waited for her. She got into a room that afternoon and stayed until Sunday when Marl Anne drove her home.

I stayed with her the following week. Larry brought us breakfast and supper each day which was wonderful and I worked the whole week weeding out paperwork. We managed to organize 50% of her house and after dusting and vacuuming, and although there is much more to do, the house finally looks cared for. Bless her heart, the years with just one arm have been hard and increasingly less productive.

She starts hydrotherapy on the March 24. She has to do that 3 times a week for 5 weeks and then the doc will let us know if she needs any more. Let us hope not.
